What are the best neighborhoods to live in Fort Lauderdale

Wilton Manors

Fort Lauderdale’s “Island City,” Wilton Manors, lies within an enclosed space of land with the Middle River’s North and South Fork sections circling the city. This gives the Wilton Manors area plenty of luxurious, waterfront homes great for any homeowner or investor to dive into. Wilton Manors also has an active nightlife with restaurants, bars, and a few nightclubs within the city’s entertainment district – Wilton Drive.

Seven Isles

This luxurious neighborhood boasts incredible views and has plenty of waterfront residences. Availability can be hard to come by, and when a home here becomes available, it is usually off the market fast. Many buyers in Seven Isles purchase a property before it even hits the market or soon after. Real estate agents here are well connected and knowing the right one can help you close on a property.

Seven Isles is a premier location bordered by Las Olas Boulevard and the Intracoastal waterway. There’s no shortage of things to do here – from the area’s restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yacht sightseeing, and a ton of water sports!

Las Olas Isles

Fort Lauderdale is known as the “Venice of America” because of the area’s 300 miles of waterway systems – homes on Las Olas Isles can fully appreciate the embodiment of this nickname. Many homes here are on the water, docks are common in most backyards, and you can walk or bike to the beach! Superyachts docked behind mega-mansions are a common sight here.
